For over a decade I’ve dedicated my life to dance and the pursuit of love and wholeness. “How can I live a life of love?”, “What does the body have to do with wholeness?”. These questions motivate me to wake up and live on purpose. To live life and live it fully is my life’s quest.
With daily practice and curiosity, I’ve created a class that welcomes the exploration of the body with loving kindness and conscious awareness. During our daily 30 minutes practice, you’ll drop into your sensation, focus on your breath, and use your imagination to listen and have fun with your body. Through movement and meditation, you’ll experience what it is to be a more embodied being. You’ll love your body more and discover what an amazing instrument you always have with you. Best of all, you’ll have FUN!.. and it only takes 30 minutes of your time.
If you commit to two weeks, I can assure you you’ll feel both invigorated and calm, alive and grounded. Wouldn’t it be great to feel more comfortable in your skin?
Every class starts with breath awareness, quite like a yoga class would start, and continues on with imaged-based tasks to get you moving by using your imagination and sensation. Each class will end with a short meditation to close the practice and bring more loving-kindness to your inward being.
