what to expect…

who this is for:

  • Couples who are already in a conscious, growth-mindset together wishing to deepen their understanding of the other.

  • People who want to get out of their comfort zone, have fun and connect with a loved one all in the safety of their home.

  • Open-minded individuals ready to play, use their bodies, and discover a new level of intimacy through movement with another person.

this is not:

  • A dance class

  • An exercise/workout class

  • For couples in need of therapy (although some things we do will feel therapeutic)

  • For stuffy, no-fun people who can’t laugh at themselves

what this is…

Is a workshop filled with a number of playful, simple and profound tasks to get you into your body and focusing on your partner. Together, you will experience truths about connecting and communicating with your partner you may understand with your mind but will heighten through your body.

It’s fun, at times silly, and at other times powerful.

what you’ll need:

  • A partner you live with or in a pandemic “pod/bubble”, with whom you feel comfortable.

  • Space that is free from distraction, other people or disruptive noises that you and your partner can move around in.

  • Movable clothing on and water nearby.

  • Journal or notebook with pen.

  • Optional: easy-listening music playing in the background. I will be instructing in silence.

  • Access to Zoom on your computer or electronic device.

A bonus to taking any of my online classes is that 10% of the proceeds go towards a charity. This workshop will be donating money to O.U.R Rescue to help their work in anti-child trafficking efforts around the world.
